as traci and chuck’s ceremony was in the atrium of the embassy suites in beachwood, their rehearsal was a little different that church rehearsals tend to go.
the main difference was the many guests coming through the area, either on their way to or on their way back from dinner… including a boys hockey team who was staying there all weekend and stopped to wish chuck good luck and say congratulations.

also, because the ceremony space was in the main lobby walkway, there was some spacing we had to take care in planning out including the placement of the main “altar” arch.

we ran through the practice processional a couple of times to give the bridal party an idea of just how long the walk would be.

we also had to make sure the bridal party had plenty of room to line up next to the arch and bride and groom on both sides without going into the turtle pond or the ballroom.

don gunsalas of the church of nazarene in garfield heights chats with chuck about just how the father hand off of the bride would go.

and we made sure we gave traci and chuck a few pointers for the ring exchange.

i didn’t get to take as many photos as normal being that i got the opportunity to help run the rehearsal more than i sometimes do at church rehearsals but we did get the added bonus of getting an early reception decor peek at the rehearsal!
