the quaker station was looking lovely on halloween, albeit this was the extent of halloween (except for the darling cute kids who all got to dress up for the wedding. we had buzz light year and a chick and pikachu and more!)
the colors were deep reds and brown and ivory. head table was very commanding in the room,set for 24.
and who needs traditional crystal toasting flutes- jessica and brandon had pimp cups! LOVED.
the flowers and linens were by roses for weddings. tables either had tall floral, lit centerpieces…
or shorter hurricane plus pillar candle centerpieces.
jessica is a designer and snuck ephotos into the table numbers.
the guest book had places for guests to adhere their photos from the provided instant camera.
i loved their programs because they were so nicely designed by jessica AND i was listed as the day of coordinator – how nice is that!?
during the cocktail hour, guests enjoyed flipping through the scrap book with photos of jessica and brandon growing up, dating, all of the bridal party, the showers and bachelor and bachelorette parties and more!
the favors doubled as escort cards.

jessica and brandon’s guests were oh so generous: this was probably the most gifts i’ve seen at a wedding yet!
i thought this cake, from the bake shop in ghent, was so cute and different.
i loved the cake cutting since…
…jessica and brandon smashed their best man and maid of honor instead. they didn’t even see it coming! :-D
brandon, with help of dj gary wenner from jerry bruno productions, also had fun with the garter searching/removal with his hard hat complete with a spot light. too fun!
i think that was my favorite halloween ever, especially since i got be my favorite thing: a wedding planner! and jessica and brandon were such a happy in love wonderful couple. congratulations you two! i hope you had the day of your dreams! enjoy every moment of your european honeymoon.
