although i don’t have a ton of photos to really get my point across, kimberly and ryan’s ceremony was beautiful and oh-so-special. both have wonderful family members who were nearly as excited as they were. before the ceremony, i got to deliver a note to ryan that he loved and then a message back to kimberly. the moments before the processional were probably the most intense as i’ve ever been a part of. kimberly was so thrilled and she and her father shared some very special moments before the walk to remember. here are a few details shots of their afternoon!
thanks to rob drago for helping me out with a photo of the programs
i never did get him back…
the lovely programs, and all stationery, was done by paper trails to you in rocky river.
a secret garden provided two large pillar arrangements that were really beautifully arranged. kimberly had seen my photos from tara and cj’s wedding at bay presbyterian and decided to do similar arrangements on the altar.
the main colors of the wedding were champagne golds, ivories and pale pinks. i ADDDDOOOOOOORED the bridesmaids dresses. they were greek goddess-esque and i want one.
jack and maggie did a super job as the ring bearer and flower girl!
and here is the beautiful bride all ready to walk down the aisle. her veil made me want to WEEP. it was so gorgeous. totally sheer, cathedral length and there were these broach like diamond accents towards the bottom of the train.
the vows!

ryan’s cousin, emily, did one of the nicest blessing/readings for the ring exchange i had ever heard. it was very touching.
These are the hands of your best friend, young and strong and full of love for you, that are holding yours on your wedding day, as you promise to love each other today, tomorrow, and forever.
These are the hands that will work alongside yours, as together you build your future.
These are the hands that will passionately love you and cherish you through the years, and with the slightest touch, will comfort you like no other.
These are the hands that will hold you when fear or grief fills your mind.
These are the hands that will countless times wipe the tears from your eyes; tears of sorrow, and tears of joy.
These are the hands that will tenderly hold your children.
These are the hands that will help you to hold your family as one.
These are the hands that will give you strength when you need it.
And lastly, these are the hands that even when wrinkled and aged, will still be reaching for yours, still giving you the same unspoken tenderness with just a touch.
after the processional, guests showered the new mr. and mrs. with rose petals as they made a dash…
