tysf: favorite decor

i am, of course, rather partial to jillian and kevin’s decor considering i helped jillian to plan it all and designed a lot of it by hand. buuuut i’ll disqualify myself for my “favorite in the year so far” running for the “favorite decor” category. i have some other faaaaaaavorite decor item specifics, but you’ll see those in an upcoming post: favorite details!

my pick for my favorite decor from the year so far was from carolyn and jim’s wedding on august 7. nearly all of the decor utilized this super sweet birdy monogram from the unity candle:

to the wish tree branch holders:

to the escort cards:

and the bird cage card holder.  not shown is the wedding program that also used the monogram.

i loved the centerpieces, the cupcake display, the moss initial wreaths and flower girl baskets, and the overall soft brown + moss green theme! check out the entire wedding recap to see those photos.
