I would recommend the Degree clinical strength as well. Apply it in the morning before you put on your dress and let it dry. It won't help you with all over body sweats but it will keep your underarms dry. What is best is keeping up on your nutrition. Sugar makes you sweat! Alcohol, also full of sugars, will make you sweat as well. Limit your intake of sugars, and carbs leading up the the wedding. Remember to eat your cake on your wedding day but skip the Coke and jack. Get lots of water and take a break from dancing (This one stinks, I love to dance myself) but cool down a little. Good luck!!!

CERTAIN DRI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG! BEST THING IN LIFE!! Seriously, I hate to say it but I'm a sweater and it has always been an embarrassing moment when I realize that my nice shirt has pit stains, ICK! When I was getting married (on the beach... in August... in North Carolina) that was one of my biggest concerns. At the time on the local Knot board, someone recommend it and I figured why NOT and holy cow, it has been a life changer for me! It's easily found in most drug stores (although some don't have it). You apply it once every three days or so and you do not sweat. At all. I also use the 'refresher' stick in the AM because I like to be 'sure' ha ha ha. Seriously. LIFE CHANGING!

Talk with your doctor about Drysol. Its prescription strength deoderant that can also be used on sweaty palms/feet so I guess it could be rubbed in other locations as well ;)! It can be combined with normal deoderant for the fragrance since Drysol has no smell! HTH!

I would suggest a clinical protection antiperspirant. Dove carries one as does Degree. They offer 24 hour protection and work really well. You can get either at a local drugstore.

Cheers,
Jaci
