happy one year wedding anniversary to our friends mariah & steve! these two had an awesome wedding weekend from their thursday rehearsal dinner at quail hollow to friday’s fourth of july golf outing and picnic at the groom’s parents’ house. on their big day, saturday july 5, 2008, the weather couldn’t have been any better. their ceremony at our lady of mt. carmel church was a sweet one, including mariah’s pre-k class singing “i can count on you.” post ceremony, after a limo issue was resolved, the bridal party went to coulby park and quail hollow golf course for photo opps. the celebration took place at madison country club, with golf ball-filled centerpieces, a candy buffet, and the band sumrada who kept the dance floor packed all night! i had the pleasure of helping them throughout the day, running errands when needed. it was such a FUN day from beginning to end- going to the wee hours at the local waffle house with the entire bridal party – and steve and mariah still in their wedding day attire!
i know you’ve had quite the first year of marriage! congratulations and i can’t wait to meet your new bundle of joy who should be arriving in november!
