formally introducing: jillian & kevin!
jillian contacted me way back in september – just 10 days after i started my business. we met soon after and i’ve been helping her plan her wedding ever since. she’s my first “full-service” client and it’s been a blast. well, at least for me. i think she’s just thrilled that the big day is here at last! jillian and kevin are extremely busy and tend to be on different schedules than most 9-to-5ers. both work in the medical field, her usually over night. they also just moved into a new home, got a new puppy — all while she was taking classes! so, it was clear she needed assistance.
when jillian and kevin first hired me, they had already settled on all but one of their vendors. i was excited because i had personally hired several of them for my own wedding so i know what to expect. right away we got down to the details, from the flowers and venue lighting to the post-ceremony photography locations… and from choosing invitations and writing the copy, to developing all of the stationery for the day. i helped her book her hotel room block and met with her during several vendor meetings.
needless to say, i’m thrilled this weekend is here to see all of our hard work come together!

Kathy Syphers - Heidi, “Thank You” for the great attention and detail that you spent on helping plan “The Best Memory a Bride and Mother could ever imagine and then Some!” Everything was beyond perfect, and my phone has not stopped ringing from guest…. they all can’t believe how spectacular everything was….even down to some that had been to a wedding there a few weeks ago and commented that they could not believe they were at the same hall???
