since you’ve seen the flip flop tags i did for heidzilla bride to be, jillian, i had to post the final photos of the flip flop baskets – including the signage that was made with the same supplies as jillian’s table numbers .
these are pretty self-explanatory, but here’s a quick how to with a couple of helpful tips!
the baskets that jillian had were a tinge too deep, so i recycled some plastic bags to use as filler.

i covered the bags with fun magenta tissue paper and then layered the flipflops in – alternating the sizes for each layer. there are three baskets, one for 5′s & 6′s, one for 7′s & part of the 8′s and one for the rest of the 8′s and 9′s.
so in the photo example below:
layer one: 7 – 7 – 7 – 7 (not shown)
layer two: 7 – 8 – 7 – 8

layer three: 8 – 7 – 8 – 7

layer four: 7 – 8 – 7

all three – 50 pairs in all!

here’s how the fun signage turned out for the baskets. hint: the ribbons and signs are affixed to the basket with zots.

i used the same technique for the bathroom baskets i did for jillian. first, she picked out the items she wanted in the baskets from my super long list/how to.
the baskets were the next size smaller than the flip flop baskets

but again were too deep, so i used some newspaper to fill them up.

plus the magenta tissue paper, loosely laid in.

then i strategically arranged the items inside the basket so they’d all be easily visible.
men’s basket:

women’s basket:

and with some cute signage:

i also made this sign for a door that connects a foyer where the bathrooms and another entrance for the building to the main ballroom area. there are several doors in the cooridor, so we wanted to be sure guests knew which one to use.

if you missed it, here are the past projects i’ve done for jillian:
invitation jazz up
flip flop tags
table numbers
card box
bridesmaids gifts
only a few more loose ends to tie up for her 6/6 wedding! it’s coming up soon, lady!!! :)
