viva la rock (and roll hall of fame)

my new friend jacqui from cmykakes and i attended VIVA LA ROCK held at (where else?) the rock and roll hall of fame last night. i was formally invited by another new friend, emmalie from executive caterers who had these awesome shoes that lit up when she walked – very rock-esque :)

the event was put on by the rock hall and executive caterers to show how awesome weddings, parties, events, etc can be hosted at the rock hall. WOW there are so many cool spaces big and small… on every floor! it can be rented for cocktail parties, board meetings, other corporate events, dinners, and of course rehearsal dinners, ceremonies or receptions! there’s a gorgeous view of the city or the lake (or both) depending where you’re at and the opportunity for your guests to take a tour of the hall while you’re hosting your event. you’d think half the town came when you first came in:

in addition to seeing all that the actual rock hall building has to offer, some of cleveland’s finest event vendors were showing off their stuff. of course executive caterers had yummo food at every turn.

we also met the fine folks at l’nique and got to sample some caramel walnut pears (perfect wedding favors!) from kc candies, saw some beautiful linens and other event rentals from event source and had fine service from m.v.p. valet.

it probably goes without saying that the event was a lot of fun with the music and the decor and all the great people. definitely check out the rock hall for your next event if you can!
