BFF codi and i were out shopping today in search of black, green and black with white polka dots paper for her invitations. we made it to archivers (only place with good polka dot paper, by the way. this did not surprise me.) as well as pat catan’s and joann fabrics.
joann fabrics is having an awesome sale on all of their scrapbooking paper. all of their 12 x 12 paper — the one color kind and I think the kind with cute printed designs — is 6 for $0.96 (or $0.16 each) usually $0.50! i couldn’t find this particular sale on their web site, but here’s the sales currently listed. some paper packs are listed.
codi was able to buy 80 sheets of black and 80 sheets of green and saved over $50.00. the bad news is that the poor joann’s associate, linda, had to ring every.single.sheet! it didn’t take too long but we felt a little bad about the beep-beep-beeping that she had to do.
the funny part, once it was all said and done, was that codi got a 7 foot receipt! i couldn’t resist but to take a photo as we left.
