update on codi and joe’s process!
in the last few weeks, they’ve hired:
a dj: spencer reynolds of jerry bruno productions. joe’s sister jenni had hired scott jones of jpb for her july 2004 wedding, so codi and joe were already familiar with the company. since scott was booked, they looked at the jbp’s dvds and selected spencer. see his video here.
and…
a bakery: the bake shop at giant eagle (fairview park). that’s right, giant eagle! codi and joe LOVE giant eagle cake for every occasion and have been joking for the last 2 years that they were going to have giant eagle cake for their wedding, too. well, they decided to do it! they are thinking about doing centerpiece cakes for each table. every cake will serve 8 to 10 people. they plan to get several different kinds of cake and frostings. that way, guests can cut the cake at their table and then mingle to other tables for other flavors.
