introducing my best friends, codi & joe.
codi is one of my very best friends. we met while moving into prentice hall on our first day at kent state university. joe met my husband, devin, freshman year at baldwin wallace college, and they were in the same fraternity. the two met through mutual friends at a party in late 2003. the next day, joe showed up at codi’s work and asked her out to dinner. he took her salmon dave’s, where devin was their server :) sixteen months later, they were blessed with a little girl, my “niece” gracie, who was our flower girl.

they got engaged about a year later, but have been a liiiittle busy with gracie, buying a new house and my wedding. joe also served as best man for sandor and svetlana. just this week they put their first wedding deposit down! almost exactly 3 years to the day they got engaged, they will be married on may 16, 2009. the ceremony will be at the church of the ascension in lakewood, where all three of them have been baptized. the reception will be at massimo da milano in cleveland.
